3 Capell & Howard attorneys named to Super Lawyers list; 4 named “Rising Stars”

Three Capell & Howard P.C. attorneys have been listed in the 2017 edition of Super Lawyers® while four of the firm’s attorneys have been listed among the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars.” A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is an esteemed rating service of outstanding U.S. lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Listed in the 2017 edition of Super Lawyers are Capell & Howard attorneys Henry C. Barnett Jr. (employment and labor law); William “Bill” D. Coleman (alternative dispute resolution); and J. Lister Hubbard Sr. (construction litigation). Each year, no more than 5 percent of the lawyers in Alabama are selected by Super Lawyers to receive this mark of distinction.

Attorneys named to the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, which recognizes up-and-coming lawyers, are Capell & Howard attorneys Chad W. Bryan (civil litigation defense); Patricia “Trisha” R. Osuch (employment and labor law); Clinton A. Richardson (employment litigation); and W. Allen Sheehan (general litigation). To be eligible for inclusion in the “Rising Stars” list, an attorney must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of Alabama attorneys receive this honor.
