In connection with the State’s efforts for Medicaid reform, the Alabama Medicaid Agency has selected Capell & Howard to assist with the drafting of new rules to implement recent legislation providing for the establishment of statewide regional care organizations as part of a new managed health care services system in Alabama for Medicaid recipients.
