This free, informative event will cover a wide range of topics presented by various lawyers with backgrounds in labor and employment law. Seminar presenters include Peggy Mastroianni, Esq., legal counsel for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C., as well as employment law attorneys practicing in the Labor & Employment practice group at Capell & Howard.
The Seminar will include hot topics such as Wage and Hour Law, Responding to EEOC Charges, Social Media issues, and Preparing for the New Health Care Laws. The Seminar will conclude with an interactive panel session during which attendees can submit questions to employment attorneys who have had extensive careers both in terms of years and scope of experience.
