Richard Calhoun concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and business law, public finance, and taxation. Richard’s corporate and business law practice principally consists of advising clients with respect to the formation, financing, operation, and disposition of business entities, including mergers and acquisitions and private securities offerings. Richard also advises nonprofit organizations in connection with corporate and tax matters. In his public finance practice, Richard has served as bond counsel to municipalities, counties, boards of education, industrial development boards, and other public corporations and authorities throughout Alabama.
