As a civil litigator, Allen Sheehan primarily handles civil cases involving individuals and corporations. Allen has experience with construction law, insurance defense and appeals. Additionally, Allen practices in the area of family law, handling cases involving matters of divorce, child custody, child support and modifications.

Allen also represents individuals in district court, municipal court and in front of state boards.

Allen’s clients include the State of Alabama, large corporations, construction companies, small businesses, families and individuals.

Allen is a native of Montgomery and lives in Lee County. He is the father of two boys and is active in the professional communities in both Montgomery and Lee Counties. He serves as Easter Seals of Alabama’s attorney and is involved with the Boy Scouts of America. In law school, Allen served on the Cumberland Law Review, was a member of the Trial Board and was the winner of the Haley Trial Competition.
