Capell & Howard’s J. Lister Hubbard selected to defend City of Tuskegee in class action lawsuit

On Dec. 21, the Tuskegee City Council appointed Capell & Howard attorney and shareholder J. Lister Hubbard as special counsel to represent the City of Tuskegee in a class action lawsuit filed in 2013 against the City and the Utilities Board of Tuskegee (UBT).
