Firm announces new shareholder and associates

Capell & Howard is pleased to announce that Terrie S. Biggs has become a shareholder with the firm.  Terrie has been with the firm as an associate for several years practicing in civil litigation, domestic relations and criminal defense.  She is a past President of the Federal Bar Association and serves as an Advisory Board member of Mary Ellen’s Hearth at Nellie Burge Community Center.

The firm also welcomes Kristen Dillard and Faith Perdue as associates.  Kristen concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law and general civil litigation.  She received her degree in International Relations from The University of South Carolina and her J.D. from The University of Alabama Law School.

Faith will primarily work out of the firm’s Opelika/Auburn office. Faith received her J.D. at Tulane University Law School and holds a Master of Arts, Special Education and Multiple Abilities from The University of Alabama.  She will practice in the areas of education law and litigation.
